We would like to assure you that at Huggy Store we do everything possible so that you receive your order in the shortest possible time. We work with trusted shipping partners such as USPS and DHL to ensure efficient and convenient delivery to your doorstep in USA. Orders to USA are processed within 24-48 hours on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. . (Taking into account the rarity of the pair, this period can be extended until the requested product is found). Once your order has been processed, delivery takes between 4 and 15 working days. Each product that you request in Huggy Store is obtained individually from our network of partner distributors, which can sometimes lengthen delivery times. This depends not only on your specific orders, but also on the availability of the requested item. If your order includes multiple products, they will be shipped individually based on their arrival date at our facility to expedite the delivery process. When you place an order, you will receive a email with your order number. If the requested item is not in stock, we look for it in our network of associated distributors. Once we find the item, it is sent to our facility where it is carefully verified and authenticated by independent experts. After passing our authenticity check, the item is carefully packed and shipped to your address. You will then receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the shipment of your package. Delivery is usually made within 2-3 working days of receiving this email. If you are not available to receive the package, USPS or DHL will give you the option to schedule a new delivery, leave the package to a trusted neighbor or drop it off at a collection point near you. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
In our case, we are pleased to offer our delivery services not only in USA, but also internationally. For those residing outside of USA, we are pleased to announce that we also offer international shipping, reaching all corners of the world. However, it is important to note that some recent restrictions or policies may affect delivery in certain regions. These restrictions are generally independent of our control and we are always working to overcome them to the extent possible. In rare cases where we determine that an order cannot be delivered due to these restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel said order.
